Okay everyone, everything is set for April 9th. We have the trailer coming for the first load at 7:15am, to leave WES at 7:30. On the first load we'll have Monty, Sabs, Oreo and Dylan. They will return to get the second load at around 8:15ish, which will have Toby, Micky and Kocheym on it. I will probably go over with the first group and Meghan will go with the second. So, this means that everyone should be at the barn for 7:00am on Sunday, to make sure all your things are organized and ready to go - we can't forget anything!
Charlene - Sarah C.'s mom will be doing up all the invoices for everyone and you should be getting them next week. Please don't forget to pick them up from your coach, we will have to have all your payments in before April 8th.
Saturday everyone is invited to the barn to clean your horse and braid and clean all the tack etc. We also will be able to have time to organize everything so nothing is forgotten in the morning. We usually show up at the barn after the lessons which will be around 2. If you can't make it, be sure that someone else who is riding your horse can be there to make sure everything gets done.
Thanks girls - we are going to have a blast!
On a side note: Dianna - way to go! Im proud of you for stepping up and going in Division #2. There are 4 classes: 1. walk/trot, 2. walk/trot/canter, 3. walk/trot/canter/1 jump, and 4. a small crossrail course. You and Sabs will be just fine in those classes!

ok that sounds good be there @ 7 and sabs is on the first trip ok...... i didn't noe i was gonna go in division 2 for sure but i guess i am now lol that sounds good ok!
hey guys if you want a tip to help you keep all your stuff organized for the show i would advise all of you to make up two lists one that has everything you want to get done on the saturday including
cleaning your horse's brushes
cleaning your tack
braiding
packing
extra horse grooming ex trimming wiskers
bathing (if warm)
and then your second list should include everything you need to pack that way you can make sure you have everything and to make sure you dont forget anything when you leave its a good idea to put everything seperate like instead of just putting tack put each peice because let me tell you the easiest thing to forget is your girth lol i dont know why but it is make sure you have
show clothes
a couple brushes
saddle pad
saddle
bridle
girth
treats
spurs or crop if needed
lead shank
show sheen
extra braiding elastics
remember its a good idea to have a box or something to hold all your stuff together and seperate from everyone elses. (a plastic rubbermaid container is perfect) make sure it's big enough to fit all your stuff but it cant be too big for you to carry lol and keep in mind all the tack goes seperate so it doesnt have to fit ur saddle
and it would be a good idea to talk to the other people that are on the same trailer load as you and make sure that you have someone making a hay net or two for the trailer, making sure we have water buckets, hoof oil, and towels. these are things that every one will need. for the second load i have a hay net that we can use and if you are new to the show scene not to worry the older girls can probobly take care of that kind of stuff.
ya realli......... ya i got one of those bin thingys its really good and strong i can sit on it lol, so do we bring that on the trailer or in our own car??
thanks - but im not sure if u would like to drive me. i have this huge trunk. its like from world war 2 and it is like a 1.5 metres long. quite huge and heavy. my mom is willing to drive now since she thinks no one is willing to bring it.

Well if you still need a lift, if your mom can't make it, you can let me know, but your right about the trunk....why do you have to have such a big trunk? I think Wallymart has good tupperware type containers on sale, you should take a look there...they'll probably be alot less heavy and probably easier to carry around.

ya at wallmart i got one for like $7 and its really strong, its big but not too big and its blue hurray for me lol
so i bought a bin do i bring it to the show??? do we put it on the trailer??? or bring it ourselves please someone reply thanks so i mi bin i put all that stuff rite except the saddle and that stuff ohh and towel do we need a bucket to bring for water???
You can bring your bin if you'd like with all your stuff in it. You can put whatever you'd like in it....saddle probably won't fit but anything else is fine, like your bridle, saddle pads, girth, brushes, etc... It can go in the trailer or in someones car. There is alot of room in the trailer so that would probably be best.
We'll bring a couple water buckets just in case, but Im sure the stalls will have buckets in them....we'll just have to make sure we fill them up.
