Well me and dianna were talking about off property shows and then we realized we were already really nervous for the shows. also we were excited!!!! WHo is nervous that is going to be going to the of property shows?

really? i dont get nervous at shows. i do at any other competiotions though. i dont know y i dont w. horeses thoguhg so im lucky

i guess thats true as long as ur confident and have a good relationship wit ur horse, try ur best and u should be fine.......... just take it as a normal show or like a lesson!!!

I did not get nervous at the shows last year. I just imagined that I was in my riding class and a people were watching. I concentrate on what I am doing so much that I block out everything around me.


I really like riding at the off property shows. It is really fun to see all the horses looking their best.  It is also great cheering everyone on!

i have to practice breathing for in house shows....imagine off property...i mean i have gone ot bluestar before but i am still like...OMG

 ah dont worry guys  EVERYONE gets nervous for off propert shows especially their first year (some more than others)  but i think the most important thing is to try not to think about winning, just concentrate on taking care of your horse and trying your best. because you never know who else you are competing against. alot of trillium riders take their horses in schooling shows for extra practise so dont worry about being the best because its not important. the important think is having fun and getting the experience so you can learn from your mistakes. try not to get caught up in the standards of getting the red ribbon focus on your own personal goals and work up from there and hey if you get a ribbon than thats just a bonus!   so try to relax and just think of it as an in house show with more people cuz really its just an in house show at another barn.   good luck everyone!

Me and Toby will make our summers debut :)....


No one should be nervous you all ride so well and are becoming outstanding riders and as long as you do like Sarah said and go out to have fun you'll do just fine...


just remember to smile...and sometimes those butterflys disapear...
