Good question, Dianna.....I think what we're going to do is post a clip board in the lounge with a sign up sheet on it and then take it down on the cut off date. This way, it will give everyone a couple of weeks to sign up so then when the cut off day comes, we will know how many will be coming for sure. If you can't sign yourself up before the cut off date, you may want to get someone to do it for you, just to make sure you get on the list.
