I was just wondering if WES does ne off property winter showing like to PAEC (pause awhile equestrian centre ?) Because I was maybe thinking we could show in Febuaury or March ? (sorry this post is really for LOri since she is like my coach ?!?!?!?!? so ttyl

well kris i can help you out with that one the tournament of champions in december is the last show at pause awhile for this year and i dont know if they start again in january cuz i doubt many people would go i would suggest waiting till around march just cuz its REALLY REALLY cols especially to be riding in just a how jacket plus the roads wouldnt be very good for trailering and you probobly wouldnt get as many ppl to go with you because of the weather so trailering would be more expensive just some points to think about!

Well, about winter showing, Sarah made some good points about the weather factors and that's the main reason that we don't go off property in the winter but the other good reason is that we use the winter for touch-ups and practice to get better for the next show season. If 2006 is going to be as good as I think it is for our barn showing off-property, then we have to use the few months in the winter to make sure everyone is ready. But, you're right Kris, March is usually when things get started up again.
