Do you mean the picture under your name over on the left side of the message? If that's what you mean, go into your user profile by clicking on your name, then at the top right corner of the profile click on Edit Profile. Down the screen there is a spot for an Avatar. You can choose from a list that is already there, or if you're creative enough you can upload your own....I haven't really figured that out yet

for ur own pic, u hav 2 get a url from any website that has the pic and then paste it there and the pic will b ur avatar.
