Good questions Dianna,
1. The trailer that we use holds 4 horses. If there are more than that going, then we'll have to make more than one trip. This has been done before, we basically make sure that the girls that are showing early get there first and if there are a few girls going in later classes, they will go on the second load. This is a great reason why we need to know who's going well in advance.
2. This happened alot last year because we didn't have the extra horses that we have this year. Basically what happens is that you share the horse in the over fences classes, and then unfortunately only one of you can go in the flat class. Sometimes there are extra flat classes that you can enter to make up for it.
3. The sign up sheet for the April 9th show will go up this Sunday. I'll bring it along with me to our show and post it in the lounge.

Hi Lori, Question about the show dates... If the show date says May 14 or May 28th, does this mean that the riders are only allowed to pick 1? Many thanks,Mom#3

Yes, exactly. The choice is up to the girls about what show they want to go to. If they want to go to Pause a While or Foxhunter. We'll have to post a sheet first to see what the majority wants, and then post the sign up sheet after we know what show we're going to.

ok but wut if the majority want to sho on one day and like 1 person wants to go ot one , will we go to it ?
That's why it's called a majority, we go with the show that the most people are signed up for. If the couple people that are signed up for the other show really don't want to go to the one that everyone else does, then that's fine.
We won't be going to both shows, that's why there is a choice between the two.

well if they are part of the majority then thats great for them but if not they will just have to pick a different show later on because usually pause awhile and fox hunter are right in a row so foxhunter would be the weekend after pause awhile and its too hard on everyone especially the horses and the show comitee to do two shows in a row so its only fair to just pick one
