A big part of being on a team is support and working together as a team. 

If you are planning on being on the WES Show Team, which is sounds like you do, perhaps you should try to work things out with the people you are having issues with. Trust me, it will make for a much better environment for everyone as well as allow you and your teammates to have a great time very much like the girls did last year.

I think that you would be a great asset to the team so mending a few bridges would go a long way to ensure your experience on the team this year is a memorable one.
