If you could invent a new breed of horse, what traits from other breeds would you mix together to get your perfect horse?


For example, mine new breed would consist of:


Part Arabian for it's grace and beauty


Part Thoroughbred for it's speed


Part Hanoverian for it's jumping ability


and Part Mustang for it's courage!

umm i want 2 do it for the horses @ the barn ok


sabs 4 her looks


dilly 4 his cuteness


oreo 4 his forwardness


mickey 4 his jump

lol this is random but hu r u? u have good posts that r interesting:P


 


umm well this is hard cuz i dont really kno that different breeds of horses have their own personality traits but ill do this with mixing horses from the barn..


Oreo for his speed, optimisticnes and the way he is always ready to go (he always seems happy to see me)


Dylan for his loyalty and love for the rider on him (he takes good care of me wen im up there)


Gus for his funnines and funkines(i luv him hes fun and funny to ride and watch him be ridden)


Toby for his smarts and clevernes and dcetermination (if he dosnt want to be ridden or wear the bridal he will try not too)


Monty for his grace and prettines( i luv watching him jump)


Mac for his confidence (its like he dosnt cae he is the biggest at the barn and he always has is head up high)


Kochyem for his sweetness an innocence(lol if he was a human hed be the little goody good in the class that never dose nething wrong)


Sabs cuz she understands us and has sympathy for us(well helen seys so)


Mickey cuz he works hard and dose amazing (wen i see ppl like alicia and


sarah riding him he looks amazing and like he is putting in 120%)


I dont really kno the other horses at the barn but yea


ANd this horse wud look like my dream unicorn named Snickers

Well this is the perfect opportunity to learn a little more about the breeds you are riding.  Knowing the horses traits gives you some insight on how the horse will handle under different circumstances.  You also never know, Sherri may ask this on the next EC riders test..

Okay... my horse would be a mix of a....


Unicorn (because they're magical)


Pegasus (because they can fly)


Pony (because they're cute)


Clydesdale (because they're strong)


Arabians (because they're smart...maybe?)


And that would be my horse. It would be called a Uonaraydesegasus!

well i think i am but if i am i'm going small b/c i'm still getting use 2 her big jump lol 2 gab and emily when sabs took off so far omg i thought i would fall off lol but i recovered well after lol
